1302 is the new EP from Raul Supreme, a cornerstone in the Louis Den producer network / family he kicks off our slew of new releases. Aptly titled after the birthdate of his daughter; 1302 sees a return to form as Raul applies a new found focus and mindset to his craft and musical abilities.

Never to be cornered into one genre of "beats" you'd be hard pressed to pigeonhole the selection here into your comfortable blogger friendly list of ones to watch or monthly favorites. Theres elements of lowriding bass heavy trap musings, house, electro and even Dancehall.

Raul has been building skills for sometime now and held down the Louis Den family since its inception in '08 performing at beat showcases up and down the country and in his home city of Birmingham.

His older material managed to grow legs years after the fact with songs like Poly Pocket (Restricted Area) and R2D2 going viral on social media and spawning many a dance video / meme.

Right now though its all about this new release which serves as a prelude to a 2017 LP. Be on the lookout. 1302 is available from all your favorite digital retailers and on super limited edition cassette tape.
